Are you constantly putting yourself down? Saying hurtful things? Comparing yourself with others?
I certainly fall into these cycles, often. I continuously have to monitor the self-talk that goes on in my head. If I don't it will have me believing all types of negative things about myself that aren't true.
It doesn’t matter how many times I tell you how amazing you are, how many great things you will achieve, and that you deserve the best life has to offer, if you don’t believe it for yourself.
