Be Kind to YOURSELF.
Are you constantly putting yourself down? Saying hurtful things? Comparing yourself with others?
I certainly fall into these cycles, often. I continuously have to monitor the self-talk that goes on in my head. If I don't it will have me believing all types of negative things about myself that aren't true.
Tell the negative voice in your head to back off.
Hold your internal voice to the same standard of treatment you expect from others. Do not tolerate anything other than the kindness, respect, love, and compassion you deserve. If it gets out of line, it is your job to correct it. When it begins to get hurtful, stop it and replace what it wanted to say with something encouraging, nice, complimentary, and/or inspiring.
